Refund Policy

At Cuura Skin Spa, we strive to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully.


1. Services
• No refunds will be provided for completed spa treatments or services.
• If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We may offer a redo session or credit towards another treatment, subject to management approval.


2. Packages and Prepaid Services
• Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable.
• Treatments purchased must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
• If you are unable to use your treatment within the 6-month period due to valid reasons (e.g. medical or personal emergencies), you may request an extension by providing supporting documentation. Approval is subject to management discretion.
• Packages are transferable to another person upon request.


3. Products
• Products purchased are non-refundable, unless:
• The item is defective or damaged upon purchase.
• You report the issue within 3 days of purchase with a valid receipt.


4. Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.
