1. Appointments
• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax and ensure a full treatment time.
• Late arrivals may shorten your session out of respect for the next client.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit.

3. Payments & Booking policy
• All appointments must be booked in advance — we do not accept walk-ins.
• To confirm a booking, payment for the selected slot is required. You may:
• Pay online during booking (preferred), or
• Reserve your slot and pay in cash at the spa on the day of treatment (must be confirmed with our team in advance).
• Appointments are only guaranteed once payment is received or your payment method is confirmed.
• We accept payments via online transfer, debit/credit card, and cash.
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Refunds & Validity
• All services, prepaid treatments, and packages are non-refundable.
• Prepaid treatments are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Transfers to another person are allowed — just let us know.

• Please inform us of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment for your safety.

6. Promotions, vouchers
• Vouchers and promotional items are non-refundable and valid for the period stated.
• Offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

• We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
• Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication will not be tolerated. We may refuse service if necessary.
